A parfait is a smoother and lighter version of what we know as pate. it has all, if not more, richness and flavour, but doesn’t hide it under a rubbery, gelatine skin.
Inspired by classic foie gras, our parfaits recreate those creamy, delicate full flavors, without any of the animal suffering. We use local free-range duck and chicken livers from trusted suppliers. And of course they’re free of starchy fillers.
The difference is a guilt-free flavour.

LONG LIFE RANGE IN GLASS JARS
These new glass jars are dairy free and made to same recipes and exacting tradition of our classic range (delivered fresh weekly in plastic 80-160gram pottles), but are twice-cooked to sterilise and last longer. Four flavours available – Chicken & Duck Liver parfait and Duck Liver parfait – both with a more dense finish than their counterparts in our classic range, and a pork rillettes and a new duck rillettes.
